FAS is Central Florida’s largest volume residential window and door dealer. We have showrooms and distribution facilities in the major metro areas of Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL. The Company was established by the Father and Son team of Ernie and John Wilding in February 2005, with the objective of providing the growing Central Florida community with the best quality windows and doors on the market at reasonable prices, and with a customer service level unsurpassed within the industry.

Customers often ask, “Why the name, FAS”? We’re glad you asked! Ernie and John Wilding have been a well known duo in the S.C.C.A. auto racing community for many years. The name of their racing team is “FAS Autosport”, a moniker that was coined by John when they started racing back in 1999. When the two men designed the concept for the window and door business they carried over the name from their family hobby.

FAS is offering homeowners money off their window replacement project if they measure their windows and bring in a measurement sheet to one of our design centers in either Orlando or Tampa.

Download and print the measurement sheet at your home or project site.

Measure your windows by following the instruction from the measurement sheet.

Fill out the necessary fields on the sheet as directed at the top of the sheet.

Bring your filled out sheet to one of our Orlando or Tampa Design Centers.
AREAS WE SERVICE
10 STAGES OF BUYING

Meet with a representative to discuss your project. Rough measurements will be taken.

Move forward with a signed agreement to start your project. A deposit is taken.

Final technical measurements are taken at your home to ensure a proper fit.

Permit paperwork and materials are ordered by our staff.

Your products arrive at our warehouse in Orlando or Tampa.

A Production Coordinator from our team will call to schedule your install.
7
Installers will arrive at your home to install your new windows and/or doors.
8
After install, we will call an inspector to inspect that your job was done properly.
9
The inspector will pass your final inspection & will let your municipality know.
10
Post-service is scheduled and completed by our expert care team.
