It was a busy week for the event marketing team last week. There were four events: Alive After 5, Melbourne Family Fest, Crawfish Fest and Cars on a Mission. Alive After 5 is a monthly street party that FAS always attends each month. This month was another great evening for the team. The booth design was remade and a lot of people noticed. Some attendees just came by to compliment the look of the booth. While the team had their attention, BBQ chips were passed out, as well as register to win forms for the monthly drawing. The Melbourne Family Fest was a blast! Plenty of people showed up and had a great time. A few were interested in windows and doors. It only took that much to make the night better! The Crawfish Fest had a great band and of course, crawfish. However, the booth was right next to the speakers of the band, which hindered hearing attendees and vice versa. Although it was a fun evening, there wasn’t much communication between the team and attendees. On the other hand, Cars on a Mission was to raise money for a charity called Central Care Mission. It wasn’t a big crowd, but a few attendees were interested in getting a brochure for more information on the company and the product line.
At the last minute, FAS had the chance to attend the DeBary Hurricane Prep Show on June 12th. It was a small show with a small crowd. The show had four seminars from four of the local vendors. Most of the attendees came by the booth to say hello and that they heard the radio ads. That’s always a bonus to hear! Check out the FAS YouTube channel to hear the radio ads and see some ads.
