financial professional who thinks outside of the box to manage and direct our
financial planning, budgeting and accounting policies, programs, systems and
strategy. The position requires excellent intellectual and organizational
skills to manage and coordinate our financial resources. This is a hands-on
The Controller will be responsible for leadership and coordination of all
financial planning and budget management functions in support of organizational
strategy and objectives, and will develop and execute an annual budget plan to
support sales and revenue objectives. The successful candidate will be
responsible for all finance, accounting and reporting activities, managing cash
flow, monthly reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable,
credit/collections activity, tax reporting, inventory, bank statements, etc.
Must be familiar with Florida Sales & Use Tax reporting, and proficient
with Great Plains, Quickbooks, Salesforce or similar software programs, and
possess excellent strategic analysis skills.

trustworthy, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and time/project
management skills Must have keen statistical analysis and forecasting skills,
flexibility, with ability to self-manage resources to achieve objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and technological skills. BS/BA in
accounting or finance required, MBA or CPA preferred, with 3-5 years’
experience, preferably in the Construction industry. We verify background and
