Waiver of Lien

It is very important that the company you are considering will put in writing a lien waiver from the installation crew.

FAS Windows & Doors will not allow, for any reason, an installer to lien a home. This is very common in today’s economic environment. Small home improvement companies are going out of business every single day.

If for any reason a company does not pay an installer for the work he has done, the installer can put a lien on the home in which he/she preformed the service.

FAS Windows & Doors will have the crew chief sign the back of the contract prior to starting the job waiving their right to lien your property. Your contract will be with FAS Windows & Doors and FAS Windows & Doors only.

"You can buy a great product, but if the installers are terrible then what good did it do? I can not tell you how happy I was with Larry and Billy. They did a high quality job, completed the job ahead of schedule, and kept the place clean while they worked.  They were so polite and well-manner - true gentlemen and great craftsmen."
