1. Q: Do you do installation only?
A: FAS only offers
installation on products that are purchased with our company. We do not offer
installation on product that were purchased with another company.

2. Q: Do you install or Sell Doggy Doors?
A: FAS does not offer
installation or sell doggy doors. We also do not install or offer patio or
French doors that can be installed around a doggy door.
3. Q: I have my own installer do you just sell the
product?
A: Yes, FAS sells just
the product and will deliver it to the job site for you, if it is local.
4. Q: Do you
enclose patios?
A:
To enclose a patio, Florida code requires at least one electrical outlet on
every wall, A/C and heat piped into the area and slab has to be at least 6
inches thick and needs to be under an insulated roof . If all these conditions
have been met, FAS can install windows in your patio. These code regulations do
not have to be met if you are installing Plexiglass or Lexand windows. FAS does
not carry this product.
5. Q: Do you offer Bay, Bow or Garden Windows?
A: Bay, Bow, or Garden
windows do not meet Florida's very strict wind zone codes. Now if you have a
window that has a bay style, but is separated by wood or block framing, FAS can
replace those windows.

6. Q: Do you make openings for windows where there were none?
A: FAS currently does
not alter the structure of the home; the hole for the window must be the same
size as the original window opening. Structural changes must be made by a
contractor. If you have a set of plans, we can take measurements off of the
plans and provide a quote. In this case, we recommend you visit our
state-of-the-art design center so you can see our vast selection of windows and
doors. We can also build the windows right in front of you on our computer so
that you can see what your windows will look like receive printout of your
quote.
7. Q: Do you make window openings bigger or smaller than the original opening?
A: FAS
currently only will take out a window and replace it with a window of the same
size. We will not make a window size smaller or bigger unless you have your own
contractor alter the size of the opening before installation.
8. Q: Do
you have a showroom?
A: FAS has two
large state-of-the-art showrooms located in both Tampa & Orlando. The Design
Center hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. For more

9. Q: Do I need to make a appointment to come to the showroom?
A: FAS
showrooms are open to the public from the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm and you do
not need an appointment Monday through Friday; however, if you like to come to
our showroom on Saturday it is by appointment only. To setup a showroom
appointment, please call the number at the top of the page or fill out the form
on the Contact Us
page.
10. Q: Is there a charge for the in home estimate?
A: There is no
charge for us to come out to your home.
11. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
FAS Windows & Doors is dedicated to making the home improvement process as easy
as possible. Now we provide a way for you to easily and securely be pre-approved
for your Window or Door project! We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover, and one of the best financing options available such as 12
months No Payments/No Interest.

12. Q: Do you give prices over the phone if I have the window sizes?
A: We do not
give pricing over the phone, but we will gladly price it off of a set of plans
or during a showroom or in-home visit all for no obligation.
13. Q: What
is your minimum order?
A: FAS does have a
minimum order of three windows. However, this does not apply to French doors or
patio doors.
14. Q: What materials are your windows made from?
A: FAS offers a
large variety of windows from top brand manufactures. Materials used include
wood, vinyl, aluminum, and vinyl clad. Vinyl-clad is the best of both worlds. It
offers a beautiful stained natural wood interior and vinyl exterior which
protects it from the elements.

A: We are open
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
16. Q: Do you offer special pricing for contractors or builders?
A: Yes,
we do offer special pricing to custom builders and contractors.
17. Q:
What areas do you service?
A: We cover a
large area on the East coast travelling as far north as Ormond Beach and as far
south as Palm Bay all the way to the West coast where we cover as far
north as Spring Hill and as far south as Bradenton.

Do you do plan takeoffs?
A: FAS offers a full
service to our customers whether it is for new construction or remodeling an
existing home. FAS performs plan takeoffs for no charge.
21. Q: Do
you do Interior Doors?
A: FAS currently
does not carry Interior Doors.
