 Mandie Benson's Marketing Blurps!

Marketing, marketing, marketing.....the ever changing world of marketing.

One thing is for sure --- as economic times stand currently, there isn't any company that can afford not to market. Actually, in our current markets, it turns out everyone is spending more to maintain the same lead flow as years previous.  It's amazing how times have changed, isn't it?

One intricate piece of the marketing puzzle is the world wide web.  Does anyone buy anything these days without doing their research?  The answer is definitely NO.  Whether you are a plumber, a car salesperson or a stay at home mom, chances are you will google your next big purchase.

The internet has made everyone an expert!  But honestly, those are the consumers we want calling us, and contacting us.  They've done their research, they want a reputable company that isn't working out of the back of their truck.  FAS Windows & Doors thrives on consumers that verify that we are a reputable company with a great BBB ratingaffiliated to numerous organizations that are striving for the overall good of planet earth.

For any company to be successful in this day and age, they must have a STRONG presence on line whether it is pay per clicks or organic ranking.  If people can't find you on line, you're obviously doing something wrong.  Organic ranking is the most vital piece of the puzzle for numerous reasons.  A company should strive to have an informational, user-friendly website that persuades consumers to submit their information for future contact.  If you or I were to go to a site that was complicated and had all sorts of colors that weren't pleasing to the eye --- what would make us want to stay?

Absolutely nothing.  We'd be a part of that bounce rate....that dreaded bounce rate that throws off the stats for the people who actually spend the hour or two researching what they need.  Typically I believe that people give up within 30 seconds if they can't find what they are looking for.  That's a fair assumption, right?

With that in mind --- FAS Windows & Doors decided to proceed with a new way of looking at web creation.  Why not put all the information a consumer would be interested in finding?  One thing FAS Windows & Doors is known for is options, options, options!  The last thing we would ever want to do is pitch you on having the best window on the market.  Because to be honest with you --- what is the best for you might not be the best for your next door neighbor or your mother for that matter.  What each individual family is looking for is completely different.

FAS Windows & Doors would much rather present you with a full line of products that ALL have features that make them stand out from the rest within the market.  Our main goal with our new website was to present something that was a little bit more pleasing to the eye, organized but informational educating.  The more you know about windows, doors, and coating the better decision you will make for your home.  We attempted to include a lot more images of what the options were, and we also wanted to saturate the site with customer testimonials, people who truly believe in FAS Windows & Doors.  Yes, there's so much testimonial, that it's really hard to believe that we're only four and a half years old.

Another noticeable feature about the website is the abundance of options, tabs and overall information.  Anything you want to know, it's probably on our site.  And of course the site wide search field is an amazing tool.  Through this entire process, we've learned that information is the key to everything.  The way you present it, can honestly make or break the way customers deal with you.  The more you make available, the happier people are.  Quality products aren't made overnight, it take years to achieve what our product lines have achieved.  And in short, that's why FAS Windows & Doors carries the lines that we do.

Ernie & John both wouldn't put their name on anything they themselves wouldn't install in their own home.  Good philosophy to live by, right?  Everyone at FAS Windows & Doors hopes that you get your fill of windows from our site. Please contact us if you have any further questions!  We'd love to come out and see you, or better yet --- we'd love to invite you to our amazing showrooms!  Come find out why so many customers trust FAS Windows & Doors.
